Located in the heart of the Livradois Forez Massif, in Puy-de-Dôme, our sites offer privileged access to raw materials.
We source wood directly from local forests, where our teams of buyers and forest operators carefully select roundwood.
The Dore l’Église site specializes in sawing.
One line is dedicated to meeting our customers packaging sawing needs.
A second line has been developed for construction sawing.
The Arlanc site is dedicated to wooden pallet manufacturing.
This integrated approach enables us to provide a comprehensive range of wood products.
LIVRA-BOIS employs over 60 collaborators across two sites.
Our team is the beating heart of our company, combining traditional craftsmanship and expertise to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.
We take pride in our commitment to sustainable development. We strive to promote responsible forest resource management and minimize our environmental footprint at every stage of our production process.
LIVRA-BOIS joined the Gallien Group in 2011, a major player in the wood industry.
Group Gallien is a French family business, founded by Jean GALLIEN in 1969, with several subsidiaries in various wood-related trades.
From forest harvesting to wood impregnation, Group Gallien has diversified into different wood activities: sawmills, wooden pallet manufacturing, construction timber, wooden poles for electrical and telecommunication use, agricultural wooden stakes, logs, lumber, wood-metal safety barriers, and outdoor equipments…
Group Gallien is also a shareholder in BCA (Bois Collé d’Auvergne).
All production sites are located in France, near forested areas, mainly in the heart of the Massif Central.
